This licence is supplied for evaluation of LUSAS. The evaluation version does not provide a fully featured version of LUSAS and may not be used commercially. If you wish to use LUSAS for commercial purposes, then a full version is required please contact LUSAS.
The evaluation/trial period will terminate 30 days after the time of first use of the evaluation licence. However, the evaluation period may be ended early at any time at our discretion. If you wish to use LUSAS after the evaluation period has ended, please contact LUSAS. Extensions to the evaluation period may be at our discretion.
Connection to the internet and to the web evaluation licence service is required while using an evaluation licence. Availability, continuity and error free operation of the web evaluation service is not guaranteed.
Use of LUSAS during the evaluation period is solely for you, the individual that registered for the web evaluation. In registering you accepted these terms and condition and agreed to the LUSAS privacy policy. Permission to evaluate LUSAS as per these terms and conditions is non-exclusive and may not be transferred to others.
Technical support is not provided as part of these terms and conditions. It may be offered entirely at our discretion.
LUSAS Student Licence
This licence is supplied for educational use by students. It may be used only for study, teaching, coursework, academic projects and other non-commercial educational purposes. It may not be used for commercial, professional or revenue-generating work. A commercial LUSAS licence is required for commercial use; please contact LUSAS for further information.
The student licence is valid for the period specified when the licence is issued. The licence may be withdrawn or terminated early if the eligibility requirements or these terms and conditions are no longer met. If you wish to continue using LUSAS after the licence period has ended, you may need to obtain or renew a student licence, subject to continued eligibility.
Connection to the internet and to the LUSAS web licensing service is required while using a student licence. Availability, continuity and error-free operation of the web licensing service are not guaranteed.
Use of LUSAS under this student licence is solely for you, the individual to whom the licence was issued. The licence is personal, non-exclusive and may not be transferred or shared with others. In registering for the licence, you accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to the LUSAS privacy policy.
Technical support is not provided as part of the student licence unless otherwise stated. Technical support may be provided at our discretion.
